South Fellowship Church
At South Fellowship Church, we believe we are changed when we encounter Jesus. Each week, we teach through a passage of Scripture, asking Him what He wants us to learn and how He is calling us to live in His way with His heart. Our sermons invite people from all backgrounds and spiritual levels to grow in Christlikeness and follow His example—because that is ultimately what the world needs. Want to dive deeper? Check out Red Couch Theology! Recorded live on YouTube every Thursday at 11am, this podcast unpacks Sunday’s teaching through casual, insightful discussions with Pastors Alex, Aaron, and occasional guests. Based in Littleton, CO.

Acts 14:1-7
Failure. Everybody experiences it and nobody likes it; but how do we become the type of people who build on their failures and disappointments rather than getting caught under them? In this message we look at the way the Apostle Paul used disappointment in his life to work FOR him rather than AGAINST him.

Acts 13:1-12
Life is uncertain; that's the reality that we all live in. The question is, will we embrace uncertainty or will we try to avoid it. The best stories and the best lives are about people who embrace uncertainty because of the confidence they have in God. Listen as we explore the way that the Apostle Paul and the church at Antioch lived this out.

2 Timothy 4:6-7
Paul stands at the end of his life, looks back and says, "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith." I don't know about you, but I want to say that same thing about my life when it comes to a close. The reality is, the decisions I make today will shape my ability to say that. Join us as we explore living a better story.

John 11:44
"Unbind him." It seems like a pretty insignificant command that Jesus gives Mary and Martha. However, it shows us a great deal about the heart and character of God. It tells us that God has a part for you and I to play in the work he is doing in the world. That's great news!

John 11:28-37
"Jesus wept." It's the shortest verse in the whole Bible, but it displays a great deal of God's character! We see that God is engaged with humanity. We see that he is present. We see that he cares deeply enough to allow his heart to be troubled by our problems and pain. In this passage we see that Jesus not only solves problems, but (maybe more importantly) he enters into them! Jesus longs to awaken compassion within us.

John 11:1-16
Hope. Everybody wants it, but we hate that we need it. Hope can be slippery. In a fallen world where we experience death, sorrow, trail and pain, it can be hard to hold on to hope. Luckily, the scriptures teach us how to hold on to hope when life gets hard. In this passage we explore Jesus' teaching to the disciples about how to have hope in the midst of adversity.

John 11:1-6
Faith is often placed in the things we want God to do for us. We have faith in provision, we have faith in healing, we have faith in restoration of relationships... BUT, what does it look like to put faith in God? John 11:1-6 introduces us to a story about a family Jesus deeply loved and walked with closely. Through this story, we start to see the awakening that God wants to bring in our lives - we see the unexpected invitation of God!

Ephesians 6:13-18
Spiritual Warfare. I means a lot of different things to different people. However, the New Testament is very clear in how we engage the spiritual that rages around and in us. In fact, the Bible promises that we will be victorious if we fight with the weapons we have been given.
